The Majestic Twin Towers Before That Dreadful Day
It was 10 years ago on September 11 2001 while getting ready for school I turned on the television and saw what I thought at the time was a movie going on. It was not until I saw about 9:03 am when I saw a plane heading for building and a reporter saying this is a live feed that I realized I was watching the news. It was a terrible day in the America people were dying, people were jumping out the building from the 74 th floor choosing to die rather suffer. It was an unforgettable day.
Let us remember all those who lost on September 11. 2001. All those worker who lost their lives in those 7 towers, all fire rescuers and police. Let us on September 11, 2011 at mid-day have a moment of silence in remembrance for all our lost friends and families on that tragic day. They may no longer be here with us but they will always be in our hearts and minds.
Let us pay our respects by never forgetting the past but focus and fight for our future.
