Hi All:
The cost of healthcare is so astronomical that it is important that we do all that we can to maintain good health. I would therefore like to share with you, a juice commonly called ‘Miracle Juice’. It is economical, easy to prepare, good for a host of ailments, highly nutritious, pleasant tasting and has absolutely no side effects.
INGREDIENTS: one apple, one carrot, one beet root.
METHOD: 1. Thoroughly wash ingredients; DO NOT PEEL.
2. Cut into pieces that can fit into juicer and extract juice. Lime/lemon can be added to
enhance taste.
3. Drink immediately after extraction
Best to have this juice first thing in the morning, and it is advised that nothing is eaten until one hour later.
I have had this juice for 6 mornings and I am already experiencing a feeling of improved well-being.
MIRACLE JUICE INDEED!!!

I just found out that celery stick is a good source of vitamin C, I am trying to figure out a way to give it to my 4yr old for him to eat it. It is not at all tasty. Anyone as any ideas?
Celery takes time to get acquainted to. I never really liked it but can now appreciate the taste. Try kiwi fruit which is also quite high in vitamin C and more tasty. I find the ones imported from New Zealand to be the best. Not sureif u get them in USA. Otherwise freshly squeezed orange juice should be enough.
